Construction of the Taoyuan Canal irrigation system facilitated the management of irrigation facilities and irrigation water allocation for 33 ponds under Lateral Canal 8 of Taoyuan Canal.

1996, Newly rebuilt and relocated to No. 103-8, Bao'an Village, Guanyin Township.
3. Building and land
During the period of Japanese rule, it was a self-built Japanese-style wooden house. The old house (including land) was approved for sale.
The office was a house rented from Mr. Zeng Wenfu.
The self-built house is 268.64m² in size with a floor space of 134.32m².
The base area of the new house is 2,443m² and the building 570m².
When it was first established, the workstation managed 33 storage pools and 16 river weirs for Lateral Canal 8 of Taoyuan Canal, and had an irrigation area of 2,565 hectares. Due to the development of the area, including Guanyin Industrial Zone, return water utilization, as well as changes to the irrigation structures and irrigation area within the jurisdiction, there are currently 32 storage pools, 30 river weirs and an irrigation area of 2,302 hectares.
